Benefit for the BAHAMAS

Come see us at JF Kicks Saturday Oct. 19th for an all day concert with some of the areas best bands.  There will also be a silent auction, a lottery board, games, and giveaways.  Don't forget the food and drinks wit all proceeds going to help the victims of Hurricane Dorian in the Bahamas.

Here are some Sponsorship Opportunities for you:
 
Platinum Level ($1,500) - We have TWO VIP tables reserved for Platinum level sponsors inside on the day of the event where a banner may be hung and the sponsor may represent their business in the highest trafficked area for maximum exposure.  We will also add/include the sponsor in all of the marketing involved in this campaign including regular mentions throughout the day of the event.
 
Gold Level ($1,000) - We have FOUR spots reserved for Gold level sponsors outside on the day of the event where a banner may be hung and the sponsor may set up a table to represent their business in the front of JF Kicks.  We will also add/include the sponsor in all of the marketing involved in this campaign including regular mentions throughout the day of the event.
 
Silver Level ($500) - We will include Silver Sponsors in all marketing involved in this campaign including regular mentions throughout the day of the event.
We could also use Gift Baskets for the silent auction
and ANY monetary contribution would be appreciated!
We will send out a list of items that will be collected starting this week and leading up to the day of the event.
JJ Lyon Guard Foundation is doing some amazing things to help the victims of natural disasters to rebuild their lives and become closer to whole.  A  receipt letter for tax purposes, also known as Form 501c3, will be given to a contributors of this non-profit charity that is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service. This is not an official form to file with your annual taxes but may be needed in the event of a tax audit.
 
100% of the proceeds will go to this relief.
