Club Pilates provides private and group fitness classes designed to strengthen, tighten, and tone a person’s entire body safely and quickly. Classes are all based on the fundamentals of Pilates (postural alignment, breathing, flexibility, controlled movement, precision, and strong core).
Club Pilates Valrico is one of the fastest growing Club Pilates studios in the U.S. with over 370 members currently; most of which had never taken a pilates class before coming to Club Pilates. Our warm and welcoming environment is friendly to both beginners and those experienced in doing Pilates.
We offer significantly more classes than a typical Pilates studio with over 60 group classes per week, 7 days a week starting as early as 5am and as late as 7:30pm. We offer the widest array of Pilates classes anywhere including 8 different class types and 4 different levels of workout (from beginner to advanced) including Cardio Sculpt, Stretch and Balance, TRX, Reformer Flow and more.
Our brand new state of the art equipment goes beyond standard Pilates reformers. Club Pilates incorporates tools and techniques from TRX, Trigger Point, and Barre to keep our members engaged, challenged, and inspired on their fitness journey.
We offer the best value in Pilates with outstanding membership packages that allow our clients to dedicate themselves to Pilates for life. Our programs are based on the number of times per week our members want/need to attend classes to achieve their fitness goals.
We offer free introductory classes each week so anyone can come get a taste of what Pilates is all about.
