Ribbon cutting - Keystone Yoga
Keystone is celebrating their 2 Year Anniversary!! Come and join us for a FREE yoga class at 9:30 until 10:15 followed by the ribbon cutting and light refreshments. If interested, there is a 108 Sun Salutations yoga class at 8am for $10. Please review the information on both classes below and pre-register so that you have a signed waiver prior to the class. Sun Salutations will help bring strength and flexibility to your body. The repetitive rhythm of this workshop facilitates a deep dive into the powerful, unwavering connection between mind, body, and breath. Sun Salutations heat the body and activate Prana, or energy. Why 108? 108 is a sacred number in certain cultures and yoga. 108 is the basis of creation, represents the universe and all our existence. 108 contains three powerful numbers. One reflects the one-ness and interconnectivity of everything, zero evokes nothingness and darkness, and eight refers to infinity, and the infinite nature of the universe and the self. The union of these three concepts can fully describe the entirety of existence. You will be offered modifications. There will be breaks with some active yoga poses. We recommend bringing water and hydrating the day before. Class lasts appox. 60-65 minutes. ONLY $10!
