The Atomic Athlete Experience Cross-Training Camp

Middle school athletes who play soccer, basketball, football, baseball, volleyball, lacrosse, swimming, track, golf and more will love the variety of this camp. They will be challenged with both individual and team activities centered on the building blocks of the balanced athlete. 

 

The Atomic Athlete Experience provides the structure for athletes to develop performance gains, injury resilience and overall self-confidence.

 

Performance gains are measured with standard performance testing at the beginning and the end of camp. A performance log will be provided to each athlete to keep personalized results and to track personal goals.
